Period.org is an organization focused on ending period poverty and menstrual stigma around the world. Currently, the organization isn’t well known and doesn’t have a large ad presence. This campaign was designed to help raise visibility and awareness of their cause, why it’s important, and to encourage involvement. The visual elements of the campaign focused on real-world women who are struggling through the very real consequences of period stigma, bringing the humanity of this issue into the spotlight. This imagery is balanced against striking headlines and compelling copy.

The first ad in this campaign is a Silver ADDY Winner at both AAF West Michigan and AAF District.
